What support covers

Four ways we stay involved after the unit leaves Peenya.

  • S-01

    Commissioning

Guidance at handover so the unit enters service correctly the first time.

  • S-02

    Genuine spares

Running gear, axles and fittings from the same approved supplier partners.

  • S-03

    Field assistance

On-site help when a unit needs attention where it works.

  • S-04

    Documentation

Test records and compliance paperwork kept current for audits.

Maintenance tips

Keep them running longer.

Practical checks by product family. These supplement — never replace — the maintenance schedule in your handover documentation.

Trailers & Running Gear

  • 01

    Inspect running gear

Check axle assemblies, bearings and suspension at the scheduled intervals in your handover documentation.

  • 02

    Re-torque after running-in

Re-torque wheel nuts and mounting bolts after the initial running-in period, then per schedule.

  • 03

    Tyre condition & pressure

Check pressures cold and watch for uneven wear — it is the earliest sign of an alignment or load issue.

  • 04

    Grease to interval

Follow the lubrication schedule for bearings and moving joints; do not extend intervals in dusty duty.

  • 05

    Coupling & brake check

Inspect the coupling, safety chains and brake actuation before every long-distance movement.

  • 06

    Watch the paint film

Touch up chips early — the epoxy primer is what keeps corrosion out of structural members.

Tankers & UL Tanks

  • 01

    Test leak detection

Verify the leak-detection system on double-walled tanks periodically and log the result.

  • 02

    Inspect welds & seams

Visually inspect welds and seams for any sign of weeping, staining or surface corrosion.

  • 03

    Check vents & fittings

Confirm vents, couplings, nipples and flanged connections are clear, tight and undamaged.

  • 04

    Keep the coating intact

Address surface corrosion early; re-coat per the original two-coat epoxy/PU specification.

  • 05

    Verify grounding

For flammable-liquid service, confirm bonding and grounding remain intact at every fill point.

  • 06

    Maintain UL compliance

Keep listing documentation and inspection records current for audit and insurance purposes.

Pressure Vessels

  • 01

    Follow re-test schedule

Observe the recommended pressure re-test intervals for your vessel type and duty.

  • 02

    Drain condensate

Drain air receivers regularly — standing condensate is the leading cause of internal corrosion.

  • 03

    Check safety devices

Test relief valves and pressure gauges; replace rather than repair anything that reads inconsistently.

  • 04

    Inspect mountings

Check saddles, feet and anchor bolts for movement, fretting or corrosion at contact faces.

  • 05

    Monitor cycling

Log unusual pressure cycling — it shortens fatigue life well before any visible symptom appears.

  • 06

    Keep records

Log every inspection and test so compliance documentation stays current.

Ask an engineer
FAQ

Frequently asked.

  • Are your fuel tanks UL certified?

Yes. Saicorp is a UL-certified manufacturer of aboveground tanks, carrying listings of both UL-142 and CAN/ULC-S601, covering the USA and Canada.
  • What capacities can you build?

Tankers range from 1,000 to 100,000 litres; UL-listed fuel tanks from 60 to 40,000 USG, in both stainless and mild steel.
  • How do you test trailers?

Every axle assembly and running-gear component is dynamically tested beyond 100 km/h on a purpose-built rig, under conditions tougher than real service.
  • Do you build fully customized units?

Yes — trailers, tankers and pressure vessels are engineered to your brief, from compressor-mounted trailers to bespoke pressure-transmitting vessels.
  • Which industries do you serve?

Oil & gas, pump and compressor manufacturers, defence, power, mining, aerospace and fire-safety, among others.
  • Where are you located?

Our design and manufacturing base is in the Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore, India.
