Corrosion is designed out, not painted over.
Every machined and fabricated item is protected from corrosive environments — structural steel members are painted, while machine components, bolts, nuts and washers are electro- or spray-galvanized.
Paint thickness is measured at random locations selected by the purchaser's representative, in their presence. Primers and paints are procured only from approved manufacturers.

Surface preparation
Surfaces made completely free of oil, grease, dirt, dust and other matter before primer.
- 02
Primer — 2 coats epoxy
Applied immediately after dust removal. Dry film thickness not less than 30 microns.
- 03
Finish — 2 coats
40 microns DFT epoxy / polyurethane colour paint.
- 04
Verification
Thickness measured at random locations chosen by the purchaser’s representative.

Testing Facilities
Saicorp ensures every single axle assembly and running part is dynamically tested for speeds over 100 km/h in a specifically designed machine. Our tests subject the axles to conditions far tougher than those encountered in normal operations — the accelerated wear and tear reveals any potential weakness that might otherwise take many years of service to appear.
There is no substitute for road tests under actual trailer operating conditions. These provide final validation of the rig findings, and confirm that reliability and durability in the field will match expectations.
Every axle assembly and running part is dynamically tested beyond this — before it ships.
