Our company's philosophy is to ensure the Lab on wheels is equipped with high quality products with highest safety standards that is backed with durability, ease of maintenance and value for money and most importantly, one that is at par with testing facilities in Urban India.
Air Conditioning System: Laboratory is supplied with filtered and conditioned air taken from atmosphere and filtered through an air handling unit located in the utility section of the laboratory. The final filtration level will be through HEPA filters. The return air is taken at low level from the laboratory through return air raisers and discharged into atmosphere.
Bio Safety Cabinet: Laboratory is provided with Bio Safety cabinet of type II B2 class with 100 % exhaust. Bio safety cabinet has got its own air supply unit with prefilter and HEPA filter. It takes in air from the room and filters it through pre-filter and HEPA filter before feeding it to the working chamber. The return from the BSC is heated to 90oC through burnout chamber and exhausted into atmosphere
Dynamic Pass Box: Sample collection in through dynamic pass box (DPB) located in the laboratory. DPB has got its own air system with pre filter and HEPA filter. It takes in room air filters it through pre & HEPA filter and pumps into the working chamber of Dynamic pass box. Pass box is also provided with UV for external disinfection of the sample coming from outside. UV run hour meters keeps track for UV burning hours for replacement after certain usage hours.
Refrigerators - Freezer: -20 deg c to store chemical reagents with 2 to 8 o C to store samples. Provision to run both the refrigerator from outside power source in case of an emergency.
AVAILABILITY
Our modular design allows us to carry various types of portable equipment that includes micro PCRs, rapid antigen testing kits, portable biochemistry analysers, urine analysers to test communicable diseases like Covid 19,TB, Malaria, Cholera, Dengue.
SAFETY
We carry state of the art equipment to securely store samples which protects the patients, people around and the personnel on the lab. Our Safety Features include dynamic pass box, biosafety cabinet, negative pressure zones, high quality clean air and decontamination zones for safe disposals.
SHARED BENEFITS
Our mobile labs can be deployed in a hub and spoke model that enable us to connect outlying villages to a central hub and provide accessible diagnostics to a large number of people.
ACCESSIBILITY
We offer access to quality healthcare where it's needed, closer to the homes of the needy in remote rural areas. Our "first of its kind design" allows us to tow the lab as a trailer using a tractor.
